The entire village is known for its incredible panoramic views, but our home enjoys a truly privileged location: elevated, sea-facing, and with no houses blocking the view.
It overlooks two sides of the village, and the garden, facing inward, offers a peaceful retreat for moments of pure relaxation.
My name is Ylenia, and I’ve just begun this new adventure.
I recently purchased this home, which has been well known in the hospitality world for a long time.
I first discovered it as a guest and instantly fell in love with the house and the place—and I truly hope it will take your breath away too!
Nebida is the jewel of the Gulf of Lion, offering sea, mountains, and mining history.
You reach it via a scenic cliffside road overlooking the sea, lined with beaches and coves, and dominated by five impressive sea stacks—the most famous being Pan di Zucchero (Sugarloaf Rock).
The breathtaking sea view, the wild and unspoiled landscape, and the magical sunset colors immediately made us realize this was the perfect place for a holiday.
Nebida is a former mining village, now a hamlet of the town of Iglesias, located in the Sulcis-Iglesiente area on the southwestern coast of Sardinia. It lies 70 km from Cagliari and 14 km from Iglesias, with a population of around 1,000 residents.
The village offers basic services such as a pharmacy, a medical clinic, bars, pizzerias, butchers, supermarkets, and public transport.
Nebida’s coastline is one of the most stunning in Sardinia. Alongside numerous unspoiled coves with crystal-clear water—popular among swimmers every summer—the majestic cliffs of Nebida are also a key destination for rock climbing enthusiasts.
