Our aim is to enhance the apartment you will visit, trying to make guests feel at ease without invading their privacy. Hence our choice to allow guests access and Check-In in total freedom and at the time they prefer, obviously after due cleaning and tidying up. We are always available for requests, advice and needs, also through a dedicated number active all day except at night. If you are a large family, this apartment is absolutely ideal, also to reach the beaches in peace without fighting for a parking space. Once you reach the indicated address you can park in your private parking space. Your apartment is located on the third floor with a lift. Upon entering we will have the first room, the master suite with a very comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe, where you can store your clothes and personal effects. The suite is air conditioned and overlooks the first of the two balconies that the apartment has. Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed. The bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower. The living area, also air conditioned, has a double sofa bed with three seats, 40" Smart TV. The large windows open onto the second terrace, consisting of a small outdoor table and two chairs, to enjoy a good Italian coffee, first thing in the morning. From the living area, you access the fully equipped kitchen to tackle even the longest stays. A hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer and a moka coffee machine are all you need to prepare tasty food to share on the private terrace. Some infusions of various essences are offered by the house. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments. The last area at your disposal is the large private terrace, on the roof of the building! Included, you will have two sun loungers and a large table with six seats. Finale Pia or Finalpia is one of the three urban centers that form the municipality of Finale Ligure, in the province of Savona. An independent municipality until 1927, it was later merged with Finale Marina and Finalborgo to form the current municipality of Finale Ligure. The village is located approximately between the Via Aurelia, Piazza Oberdan, the previous Capo San Donato tunnel and the Calvisio hamlet, along the banks of the Sciusa stream. It saw great residential development in the post-war period and the resulting expansion effectively united the center of Finale Ligure with the aforementioned hamlet, located about a kilometer from the coast. In addition to the possibility of arriving and parking your car in your private parking, you can use the buses having the stop just 2 minutes walk away. In 10/15 minutes on foot you will be on the seafront and the beaches. The Finale Marina train station is about 25 minutes on foot or 6 by car.
