The apartment is completely new and has been created thinking of the comfort of those who stay there. It is located on the first floor of a building of few units and offers entry to a living area with kitchenette, balcony with table and chairs, master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with shower. From the living area, a staircase leads to the mezzanine floor where we have obtained a second bedroom (with queen size bed). The roof is sloping so consider that the height at the highest point is approx. 1.80 m. It has air conditioning, microwave and internet wi-fi. The apartment does not have a parking space. Possibility of free parking in the surrounding streets.
Hi, I'm Alessia and this is our summer holiday's apartment. For logistical reasons we can't get there often as we would like therefore for the remaining period, we thought of renting it. We're sure you will like it and you'll feel like at home! I will not be available in person, but if necessary I will always be reachable by phone. We have some contact person on-site in case of need.
"Petra Sarda" vacation rental is just a few steps away from the characteristic square of San Pantaleo, known for the artists' shops and the Thursday market. As a frame, the splendid granite rock formations. You will be fascinated. From San Pantaleo, by car, you can quickly reach even the most famous places such as Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Cala di Volpe, and all the most beautiful beaches! Practically at your doorstep, you will find the post office, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, a hairdresser, a beautician, etc. in short, there is everything you could need during your stay!
