Located in the center of the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area, the property offers a garden with a seasonal swimming pool and air conditioning. The apartments are equipped with a living area with sofa and flat screen TV, kitchen with fridge and oven, bathroom with bidet, double bedroom. Sheets and towels are included. A shared outdoor laundry is available.
A few minutes away you can reach the various accesses to the sea of the fascinating Plemmirio coast, Zaffiro cove, Varco 23 beach and by car the Arenella and Fontane Bianche beaches a few kilometers away. At 300 meters you will find a tobacco bar, pizzeria, hot food, newsstand and a very assorted minimarket. The center of Syracuse is 12 km away while the Catania-Fontanarossa airport, the nearest airport, is 60 km away and can be reached with a paid airport shuttle service.
