This stone cottage, which has been partly renovated last year, is situated only 2 km from Montescudaio village. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards it is the perfect holiday destination for those you want to relax enjoying the beautiful landscape. The apartment, available for our guests, is suitable for up to 6 persons and has a big, new furnished live-in kitchen with walled cooking area, open fire place and dining table. One bedroom with two single beds and a small bedroom with one single bed. Small, simple bathroom with WC and shower. A second new bathroom with shower cabin, WC and washing machine. A stone staircase takes you to the first floor with a bedroom with double bed and single bed. Central heating, WiFi and SAT-TV.
