ドイツ「予約していた部屋よりアップグレードされていたようで、ウォークインクローゼットがある部屋に宿泊した。部屋が広く、荷物を置くスペースが十分あったことに加えて、エキストラベッドも含めてベッドの寝心地が良く、部屋も綺麗でした。また、暑い日でしたが、冷房が適切に機能したことから終夜快適に過ごすことができました。朝食も種類が豊富で満足のいくものでした。今回は利用しませんでしたが、プールがとても気持ちよさそうに見えました。 またミラノに来ることがあれば、滞在したいです。」 - Yuki ドイツ「真新しい部屋ではないものの、部屋の設備は良い状態で、快適に過ごせました。子供のために用意していただいたエキストラベッドも、マットが厚くとても寝心地が良いものでした。朝食も十分な種類があり楽しめました。また、安全な駐車場が比較的安い料金で提供されていたのもよかったです。地下鉄の駅にも比較的近く、街の中心へのアクセスも良好でした。」
