The Red House apartment is located in the historic center of Gubbio in the ZTL area, but close (250-350m.) from convenient parking lots and on weekdays you can get to unload your luggage in front of the door. . The San Martino district is the liveliest and most characteristic of Gubbio, with its narrow streets, old shops, bars, small restaurants that come alive with tourists and Eugubini. The entrance is through a historic building (ancient sacristy of the church of San Verecondo) with a door and a few steep stairs, all typical of medieval buildings in the historic center of Gubbio. The 48sqm apartment. it consists of a small equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom and a living room (with 2 sofa beds) on a piano, while for the bedroom (from the corridor) you go up an internal wooden spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom (not recommended for very elderly people or people with limited mobility). The area is central but quiet and is recommended for a couple or for a family holiday, even with small pets, with all modern comforts and shabby-style furnishings contaminated by the details of the Gubbio tradition.

Gubbio is defined as the most beautiful medieval city. The apartment is located in the beating heart of the historic center, the San Martino district, an optimal point for visiting the city, for walks in the Ciao the Ranghiasci Park or for the walk of the Aqueduct, and also for Trekking in the Bottaccione Gorge or on Mount Ingino.
