The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals between 20:30 and 00 and EUR 200 after midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
