The building is located in a strategic point: a few steps from the Ospedale Maggiore, not far from the exit of the ring road and the motorway. The main services (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops) are present in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for business or leisure stays for families, couples or groups of friends; for those who want a quiet residential area but connected by public transport to reach the center in complete comfort. Condominium parking included in rotation (without assigned place). Possibility of paid parking in Via dell'Ospedale, a few minutes' walk from the property.
