La Maddalena town centre is a 12-minute walk away. All bright apartments at Residence Borgo Punta Villa come with a dishwasher, microwave and a private patio or balcony. Each has colourful décor, and some feature views of the Mediterranean Sea. Shops, restaurants and bars are located in nearby La Maddalena. Boats to mainland Sardinia leave from the harbour, 1.5 km away.
