Residence with private beach near Villasimius
White sandy beaches lie just 400 metres from Residence Fenicia, which provides a heated outdoor pool and free WiFi throughout. Villasimius is 1 km away. The air-conditioned accommodation comes with satellite TV and tiled floors. Apartments and studios offer a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Each apartment includes a terrace, while the studios have a balcony. Cereals, pastries and freshly prepared coffee are included in the Fenicia's breakfast, which is served on a terrace overlooking the garden. Restaurants and shops are located in nearby Villasimius. The residence boasts its own private beach and the services are available from 10 May to 20 Oct. The residence is 16 km from Solanas, and a 1-hour drive from Cagliari. Transport to/from Cagliari Elmas Airport can be arranged on request.
