The Kormorano residence in Malcesine is a place where you can relax from the moment you arrive! Large green areas with olive groves, lake-view pool, 2 tennis courts with lake view, a common BBQ area with outdoor pick-up tables, a small forest with a playground for children ... All this is located inside the residence and available to our guests. The historic center is easily reached on foot in less than 10 minutes, as is the cable car (400m)
The apartment is my second home; silenzo, intimacy and privacy with an enchanting view from Riva del Garda to Sirmione. Waking up in the morning to the pleasant song of the nightingales has never been so beautiful; the scents of Baldo mixed with those of the lake with the sun or rain, cold or heat can only lead to the beginning of a FANTASTIC day
immersed in nature a few steps from the center is the ideal place to be able to detach from the daily routine without being distant from all the first necessities. 15 minutes from Torbole, famous for the perennial wind ideal for Kait and Wind Surf, 20 minutes from Riva del Garda, 80 minutes from the Paganella slope!
