Residenza Le Grillaie is located in Greve in Chianti . It is surrounded by vineyards but also at walking distance from all facilities. Shops, restaurants, cafès , bus stop and etc. are within 5 minutes walking. The property is made of 4 villas. It is the perfect spot for those searching for privacy as the villas are separated through hedges one from the other and each villa has its own private pool, private garden, private parking, private barbeque and private entrance. The view is spectacular, vineyards on a side and the village on the other side, surrounding hills everywhere.

Fabrizio and I live in one of the 4 villas so we are there to help the guests in case of need. We organize everything for our guests : cooking classes, one day tours, wine tours, bike rental and much more on request. We are a couple loving the countryside of Tuscany and also travelling so we are here to help guests to have the perfect holidays they deserve. We think that life is a travel and those who travel live twice....those who come to Tuscany even more.

Our neighbourhood is very nice and peaceful, not many people but lots of dears and birds. The village of Greve is not very large , it has grown around the market square and we are in the outskirts or the square, at 5 minutes walking more or less. In Greve there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, many restaurants and cafès, shops , a few bus stops. Once a week there is a weekly market in the main square and almost every week-end there is some happening like The Antiquities Market or the Flowers Market or the Wine Festival and much more ..
