Located in a pine forest 4 km from Grado, Residence Punta Spin features its own private beach and 3 pools. It offers a restaurant, sports facilities and air-conditioned bungalows and caravans. With kitchenettes and private bathrooms, Punta Spin's accommodation is simply decorated yet comfortable. Each offers a patio or terrace with tables and chairs, and some have barbecue areas. The Punta Spin Residence’s restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a pizzeria, 2 bars and an ice-cream parlour on site. After trying the resort’s tennis courts, 5-a-side football pitch or gym, guests can relax with a sauna or massage treatment. Daytime entertainment and disco evenings are also provided. Trieste Ronchi dei Legionari Airport and the A4 Autostrada Venezia-Trieste motorway are both 18 km from the Punta Spin Village.

The children's pool is available from 01 May until the seasonal closure of the property. Please note that bed linen is included and is changed weekly. Guests have to bring their own towels and kitchen linen. Entertainment is provided between 28 May and 10 September. Please note sun loungers and parasols are at additional costs. The supermarket is open between 15 May and 15 September. Pets are not allowed on the beach or swimming pool areas. Guests must wear a swimming cap when in the pool.
