Apartments feature a private balcony or furnished patio, both WiFi and parking are free. The residence is in a quite area near the beach(100 m) and it's not far from old town and from raillway station. The residence is always been run by the same family from 1956. The residence has 14 apartments all with livable balconies, terraces or patio . The apartments are spacious and confortable and with conditioned air in each room.

The area is interesting because there are many pubs, restaurants, shops and entertainment. After a day in the beach you can go to old town and you can see the old roman and medieval monuments. In that romantique atmosphere you can eat and drink in tipical restaurants.
