The Residence is located on the promontory of the picturesque Isola Rossa, a tourist resort in the north of Sardinia so called because of the characteristic intense colour of its rocks and the islet that rises in front of the coast. These striking cliffs are home to enchanting coves of fine white sand, surrounded by green Mediterranean scrub and overlooking crystal-clear waters. Just 2 km away is the centre of the village, a small fishing village with its services, clubs and small harbour. There are numerous beaches in the area, such as spiaggia Longa or La Marinedda, while a water park is only 200 metres away.
