Elegant seaview apartment with refined finishes, overlooking Fonte Aretusa in Ortigia, Siracusa. This apartment, situated on the first floor reachable on foot, comes with cosy and elegant interiors, carefully curated and enriched by stone walls and wood flooring. The entrance opens to the living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining area and an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with a microwave and a kettle. The sleeping area is very bright and consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and a double exposition with two balconies flush with the facade, and another room with twin beds and a balcony of the same type. Both bedrooms boast an exclusive seaview. Two wonderful full bathrooms with showers complete the apartment. At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi.
