Property information

Located in Ronchi, near Marina di Massa, the Residence White House is only 90 metres far from the beach that you can reach easily thanks to a comfortable walkway connected to the garden. The Residence White House, surrounded by greenery, has private parking places and bicycles that guests can use to move freely along the cycle lane facing the sea. There is a reception, a bar and 15 apartments recently renovated. All apartments are totally indipendent and have a living room with kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom. Those on the ground floor have a private outdoor area; the apartments on the first and second floor have a balcony or terrace. Dogs are welcome but they must be well behaved to respect the other guests. Besides will be applied extra cleaning costs. In the strech of coast infront of Residence White House there are a lot of equipped beaches; free public beach is 500 meters away. Residence White House is all year round; guests can rent the apartments for weekly and monthly stays also.
