About this property

Surrounded by unspoilt nature, Residenza Locci - Rooms & Apartments is in Teulada's historic centre, 500 metres from a bus stop linking with Cagliari. It offers self-catering apartments and rooms with free Wi-Fi and ethnic furniture. Each apartment and room at Locci is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, plus a private parking space free of charge. Several feature either a balcony or terrace overlooking the surroundings. Surrounded by a 2,500 m² garden, the residence is a short walk from shops, cafés and restaurants. I like to experience nature and all the opportunities that Teulada offers to stay in contact with it, raft trips, caving and scuba diving.

n our Aparthotel you will find elegant rooms and apartments with fully furnished kitchen, with centralized services, equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holidays in Sardinia, modernity and comfort blend in the timeless atmosphere evoked by ethnic furnishings. We are located in the historic center of Teulada (South Sardinia) on a hill immersed in the lush garden with the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. Our accommodation facility is equipped with a lift and also has apartments without architectural barriers in compliance with the needs of accessible tourism.

Neighbourhood information

During your vacation you can explore different and beautiful beaches, with white sand and light blue sea: : Tramatzu and Portu de S'Arena just about 4.5km; Is Arenas dunes Biancas, Pixinni, Malfatano and Tuerredda . Until you get to the beaches of Chia, Cala Cipolla, Giudeu an Porto Pino.
