Apartments located in a side street connected to the main avenue in the heart of the Lido di Rosolina Mare, a few steps from the beaches and entertainment for adults and children. The apartments are NEWLY built with attention to detail and finishes, a modern and elegant environment, equipped with every comfort. Private parking. Free wifi. Collaboration with bathing establishments. At about 300 meters begins one of the many cycle paths that cross the entire bathing area and you can also reach the "Via delle Valli" (to closely observe the FLORA and FAUNA typical of the place, including pink flamingos). At Lido di Rosolina Mare there is a beautiful "BOTANICAL GARDEN" in the Porto Caleri area. Next to the structure there is a RESTAURANT with a menu based on Fish, Meat and Pizza, as well as countless services such as pharmacy, tobacconist, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and much more. Adjacent to the accommodations there is a Nightclub active on Saturday nights.
