We love Santo Stefano al Mare and look after our appartment with passion and love with the aim that you can enjoy it as we do when we visit it. Both my husband Giorgio and myself Marina will be available remotely to attend any needs as we are in London however we are available 24 hours via Whats app. or phone. We have all the support needed in town from the local comunity if you need anything urgently, we have been hosting since 2015. We are fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, for French and German language, we are beginners but will try our best to communicate and answer your questions. - 3 minutes walk to the beach. - Cycling route long 24km along the coast, just beside the flat. - Everything is at walking distance: Beach, Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Bakeries, Pharmacy, Post Office, Church. - Sanremo is 25 minutes by bus or 15 minuntes by car. - The Mall Outlet is 10 minutes by car. - Nice is 45 minutes away - Monaco is 35 minutes away - Bussana Vecchia is 10 minutes by car. You will be delighted with the seaView from the kitchen and the cycling lane long 24 Km accessible from the back of the property. Playground underneath the appartment, very convenient for family with kids but may not be ideal if you are looking for a quiet location as the flat is in the town centre, the church is at 10 meters away too.
