We kindly ask you to let us know at the time of booking your flight number and estimated time of arrival. Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00 after 20:00 check-in is subject to an additional charge of euro 40, after 22:00 euro 80. Upon arrival, guests' documents will be taken to send them to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law. The city tax of euro 0,5 per person per night is not included in the price.

Nice semi-detached villa located in a quiet area of Chia in the hills behind the Chia Laguna Resort, just a few minutes from the sea. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens. The kitchens are equipped with many amenities including a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The apartment is divided in such a way that each room has its own private bathroom and kitchen, to enjoy maximum privacy and independence. The beautiful garden is furnished with barbecue and external shower.
