It is a small but cozy studio apartment. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. It has a double bed and two bunk beds. It is also equipped with a kitchenette, with table and chairs. The bathroom, with shower, is private. It has a private storage room for skis, boards, suitcases or bicycles. The location " pian della sussistenza" makes it ideal for holidays on the snow, with ski lifts 50 meters from the entrance of the structure; but also for summer walks surrounded by nature and breathtaking views. We are happy to host your little four-legged friends too! We are taking bookings for a minimum of 5 nights only, sorry.
I love the Dolomites and I feel is privilege for me to be able to share this amazing place with travellers from all over the world. I hope guests will feel at home at Mellon House, as much as I do.
Wether in winter or summer, this is perfect place for your holidays in the mountain. It offers an enviable location, for skiing, trekking or mountain bike. Miles of slopes and trails will make you experience the magnificent Dolomites in the best possible way. The residence is quite isolated and to get to the nearest town you will need a car, as there are no public transports.
