In an enchanting position, in a residential area a stone's throw from the city center and directly in the territory of the "Torre del Cerrano" Marine Protected Area, the "TAMERICI" three-room apartment will offer you a relaxing holiday. The apartment, on the ground floor of a newly built condominium, offers in the living area an entrance with living room, kitchen, double sofa bed. The kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, dishes, as well as fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, TV. The sleeping area instead consists of a main double bedroom, a second bedroom with 1 double sofa bed, 2 armchair beds and 1 single bed, and 1 bathroom with shower. From the second bedroom it is possible to access the garden, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella to make the most of the time outdoors. At about 300 meters the golden sandy beach awaits you, in the clearest sea point of our coast. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: it is air conditioned, has a washing machine, offers Wi-Fi connection included, and has a garage included.
