The property consists of two independent units: the Courtyard Home (120 m²) and the Loft (60 m²), blending authentic 18th-century architecture with modern artistic design. Both units share access to about 200 m² of outdoor space, including a Mediterranean garden, patio, and swimming pool — creating a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere. The Art of Leo is located in Lucugnano, a peaceful historic village near Tricase, in the heart of Salento.
