The apartment, studio, is located on the second floor of a historic building on the Fegina seafront (stairs to get there) The apartment,opened in June 2025, equipped with air conditioning and wifi is composed of a living area with smart tv and equipped kitchen, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 private bathroom. On the ground floor there is our Lapo's restaurant and pizzeria, where guests will have a 10% discount on table service or can request room service. For those traveling by train, the train station is a 2-minute walk away. For those arriving by car, the nearest paid public parking is 500 meters from the apartment.
