Property information

The little tower of Minuta was created by renovating an ancient tower overlooking Ravello and the sea of the Amalfi Coast, completely immersed in the green of its gardens in the pretty village of Minuta di Scala. The recent renovation, in addition to providing it with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, has highlighted its architectural merits: the rooms are characterized by vaulted ceilings typical of the oldest buildings in the area, the external stairs are made of worked stone by hand and the flooring of the terraces is made with the cocciopesto technique, the same used by the ancient Romans for their villas on the Amalfi coast. The tower is divided into two independent apartments, Allegro con brio and Andante grazioso, respectively with two and five beds, both with kitchenette and bathroom with shower, panoramic terraces and equipped areas in the outdoor gardens. The villa can be rented entirely for a minimum period of one week. The Guest House is about 350 meters from the road: after the 130 steps of Via Ficuciello you go along a private path of about 200 meters. A bridge over a small stream leads to the property's entrance gate.
