This beautifully designed and well-furnished apartment is located in a restored farmhouse, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and rolling hills, offering you the best of Italian living.

The house is surrounded by rural Tuscany with kms of hiking routes, woods, farms, olive groves & vineyards. It is only 5 minutes drive from an ancient, historical town of Anghiari with plenty of restaurants and bars, frequent venues, concerts, festivals etc. 10 minutes drive from Sansepolcro and Monterchi and 30 minutes to the amazingly beautiful city of Arezzo. Parking is available and free on the estate. Due to the nature of holidays in Tuscany guests will need transport to get around the area.
