It's a newly built house offering garden views, 2 bedrooms(20sq.mt)with ensuite bathrooms [3RD BEDROOM+ENSUITE BATHROOM FOR 5TH AND 6TH GUESTS], air conditioning, a kitchenette with whashing machine. The garden and its accesses to the house are under video surveillance. It has two separate entrances, one for guests and one for the owners who live on the upper floors. It is subject to night watering and periodic maintenance by gardeners. Backyard is private and reserved entirely for the owners. The property is located in Poetto, lively beach neighborhood of Cagliari. Poetto beach is suitable for everyone, adults and childrens: it offers countless restaurant, cafes, bars bathhouses and all water sports. In the neighborhood there are pharmacy, market, newskiosk, restaurants and pizzerias. Poetto has a long pedestrian area with cycle paths and green spaces. Other internationally renowned beaches can be easily reached by car for a day trip. Twin Palms is quickly connected by taxis and public transportation with airport (15km), port (7km) and Cagliari City centre (5km). Cagliari boasts an enchanting historic neighborhood dominated by the medieval Castello offering countless restaurants and pubs. You can admire breathtaking views from the 7 hills of the city, its protected areas and authentic naturalistic paradises to visit on foot or by bicycle and for bird watching 🦩🦩

CHECK-IN You will always be welcomed personally by Silvia or by a trusted substitute who will take care of registering your documents on the Police Headquarters portal and collecting the tourist tax. For this reason it is very important to respect the check-in time agreed upon at the time of booking, beyond which access is not guaranteed unless previously agreed. Once inside the house, you will get card to be used during your stay that will open all doors: external gate, house entrance and bedroom. The same card must always be inserted in the appropriate reader inside the bedroom to activate power in the room (lights and air conditioning). REMEMBER to always take it with you before going out because it will be your house key !! Please remember also to leave the key inserted in the reader before checking out. Thank you!

La fermata del bus più vicina si trova davanti all'accesso della spiaggia di fronte a casa. L'aeroporto si trova a 15km, il porto a 7km. Dista soli 5km dal centro di Cagliari, città vivacissima con un incantevole centro storico, luogo d'incontro per i suoi ristoranti e la movida notturna, sovrastato dal quartiere medievale Castello con l' antico borgo racchiuso tra le sue mura.
