The building has the peculiarity of being in the city center, yet in a quiet location. It is well-connected and very close to many shops. The apartment is part of a villa of an apartment complex, and it is provided with a separate entrance. It is also provided with a garden equipped with a table and a barbecue, a free private parking space and a porch where it is possible to enjoy outdoor meals and two bikes. Wifi is available for free. Pets are allowed if kept in the garden area. Kids are allowed. The apartment is large and cozy, and it is perfectly suitable for families, groups of friends or workers. It is close to the hospital, so it is suitable for receiving medical assistance (hoping you won’t need it!). On your arrival, you will find a basket with everything that you need for an Italian breakfast and a dish of spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil. You will also find a bottle of fresh water in the fridge.

I am an architect, but I have always loved to receive guests and I consider houses as magic places. It is a duty of mine to make everyone feel comfortable, just as if you were at home. I always offer, as a greeting, a basket with all you need for an abundant Italian breakfast and a dish of spaghetti with basil and tomato sauce, so that you can have a meal right after your travel, without the need of looking immediately for a grocery shop. In the kitchen you will also find a bottle of fresh water, salt, sugar, coffee and all the basic ingredients you need to cook something on your arrival.

First of all, the apartment complex is very beautiful, since it is in the city center but it is also quiet, not to mention that it is in a green space, and that if privacy is what you are looking for, it is definitely the right place. You can hear birds tweeting and cicadas in the summertime (that nowadays are considered as a rarity). A few meters away you can find the city park, the amazing theatre “Giuseppe Verdi” (the most beautiful theater after the “Petruzzelli” in Bari) and the historical center, with plenty of baroque churches. It is the perfect place to attend the famous Festa della Madonna del Soccorso. The apartment is close to the A14 motorway access, the train station and the road that connects the entire Gargano. Specifically, you can reach San Giovanni Rotondo in 29 minutes, the national park of Gargano in 40 minutes and the Foresta Umbra, Peschici and Vieste are just about an hour away. Then, after your way back, you can chill in the garden by grilling some meat on the barbecue. On request, I will make your children feel at ease with a suitable bed and some toys.
