Silent and very sunny 90 sqm 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment, with a lovely balcony, located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a modern building nestled in a residential area right outside Porta San Felice. The entrance opens directly into the living room, bright and furnished with a sofa bed (for 1 person) and a table for 6 in the dining area. A French window leads out onto a charming balcony which overlooks a great part of the older city of Bologna and its surrounding hills. The day area then proceeds into the separate eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher and microwave oven. The sleeping area offers a comfortable atmosphere with its 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other furnished with two twins. The two bathrooms offer one a bathtub and the other a stall shower, thereby satisfying all preferences. The apartment is located in a very comfortable residential area right outside Porta San Felice, one of the 12 gateways into the medieval Bologna. Located close to the important hospital Ospedale Maggiore, it is easily reachable by car as well as by all means of public transport. The street of Via San Felice itself is the old Via Emilia which, going from Piacenza to Rimini, cross the centre of Bologna. The apartment is ideal for reaching the city centre, the station, the Stadium, the hospital and the airport, as is well served by all means of transport.
