We are a family that lives 100 meters from the room you have chosen. We are at your complete disposal for any request. We have tried to create an environment with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to make your holiday on Lake Garda as pleasant as possible.

The Lake View Apartment is a 90 sq.m large flat that offers a big living room (with a comfortable sofa bed (160-190 cm)) and a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom (family format ) with a double latex mattress (170 x 190 cm) and one bunk bed with two single memory foam mattresses (80X190 cm). You will have at your disposal a spacious private lake view bathroom and 3 balconies as well, air condition, free wi-fi, satellite channels TV. We offer you one covered parking place, an uncovered parking space (for your guests) and covered bicycle parking spaces also. To make your stay more pleasant and relaxing you can enjoy a peaceful and charming private garden equipped for your relax with a hammock, sun beds and a barbecue area with a large table for 9 people. In the garden, when the weather permits, you can enjoy a natural waterfall to cool off. If you have one dog of size XS or S (up to 8 kg) we will be happy to host it (by request on the moment of booking) with the extra fee of 30 euros for entire stay.

Valle Fiorita 42 is located 20 meters from a large public park with a children's play area. You can reach on foot: the lakeside of Gardone Riviera which is 250 m away, the Vittoriale degli Italiani at 600 m, like the Botanical Garden - Heller Foundation at 300 m. On the lakeside of Gardone Riviera you will find bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, the port and the boarding of the boats that will take you to every town on Lake Garda. Nearby you will find the free or equipped beach of the "Casinò" bar, or the paid beach with swimming pool, tennis courts and "Rimbalzello" restaurant-pizzeria.
