The nearest airport is in Pisa, 60 km from our location ( about 40 min drive). Villa Acquaviva is located (2km) from the center of Montescudaio little town, with magnificent views. The Villa is comfortably furnished with attention to all the details. Etruscan coast , the sea is about 10 min. away ! Delightful design , a truly unique vacation destination located in one of the most spectacular valley... We know, where the happy kids are! TUSCANY FOREVER featuring family friendly properties. Our mission is to simplify modern family travelling. Please bring the kids. Based on the experience that we gained during the last few years, we have built some ideas to make traveling with children a rewarding, meaningful experience. We are sure you will love the positive energy of the apartments .Of course we provide free cots (bed) for babies, highchairs. You will also find more wooden toys, sweet dolls for your  kids.

Neighbourhood information

Etruscan coast , the sea is about 10 min. away and you can reach the beaches of Cecina, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, Castiglioncello and San Vincenzo. A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino - Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. 
Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores where the water is deep and teeming with fish. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting. Costa degli Etruschi with Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima…
