Viviana chose to see things differently: to value the territory and help others rediscover it through the eyes of those who live it every day. Villa Caterina is a peaceful oasis situated on a stone rock, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The villa features an exclusive pool, a large garden with various relaxation areas, 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and both indoor and outdoor kitchens. With breathtaking views of the Aeolian Islands and the sea, it provides the perfect setting for a dream vacation.

We are located in the municipality of Acquedolci, just a few minutes by car from the beach. We are within the Nebrodi Park, where you can go on many excursions. We are on the northern coast of the island, and a short distance away, there are private boats available to go to the Aeolian Islands. Nearby, you can also find the village of Cefalù, Capo d’Orlando, Tindari, and the entire western coast. The area you will be in is ideal for discovering a tranquil Sicily, full of beautiful things but not crowded with mass tourism, allowing you to fully enjoy it together with the locals! We recommend our guests rent a car to visit all the towns and locations near the villa. We also have a driver available who can accompany you around and manage group departures at different times.
