Villa 95m2, ideal for families with children, comfortably renovated, 2 levels, lacated in residence Colle Circeo 1°. (1.2 km from beaches and "Verde Mare" establishment), brand new kitchen with adjacent 25me patio for breakfast / lunch. / Dinners, 2 brand new bathrooms with shower, living room with fireplace where you can have lunch and watch TV Sat and adjacent 40m2 porch, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and both with TV in the bedroom, small bedroom with 2 single wall beds, 250m2 garden with all comforts, outdoor hot shower with dressing room. 6 bicycles +2 for children 6/8 years old , wind surf, table tennis, canoe, beach tennis / volleyball court. Accommodates 6 people comfortably. You will find sheets and towels, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, oven, espresso machine .... and we owners to welcome you
I speak fluently English, and good French and German
