* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THE FOLLOWING Beautiful villa surrounded by a garden, less than ten minutes walk from the Cassina de Pecchi metro stop on the M2 line (Green) that connects to the center of Milan. The motorway entrance is 10 minutes away by car, very convenient for visiting Milan while remaining outside the confusion of the city center. The villa is spread over two floors; on the ground floor there are a large living room with a view on the garden, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a service bathroom; on the first floor there is the fourth bedroom with bathroom. From the large French window in the living room you can access the furnished patio and the garden. * BEDROOMS: For each couple of guests a double bedroom with private bathroom is assigned. If you wish to have additional double bedrooms for single use for greater comfort and privacy, please inform us at the time of booking, so we can confirm availability and provide information on the cost. * PARKING: Two free parking spaces in the internal courtyard. * FEW IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The property reserves the right to access the garden and common areas for any gardening or maintenance work. On the lower floor of the villa there is an apartment with an independent entrance, for use by the staff. Guests of the villa are kindly asked not to go down to the lower floor, the stairs are closed with a gate. In the garden area beyond the fence lives a pony. We kindly ask our guests not to enter the pony’s enclosure and not to feed him.
