La villa del Rubbio si trova vicinissima all'area Archeologica di Veio Santuario Etrusco dell'Apollo, ad Km. 1 si trova il Campo di Golf Internazionale dell'Olgiata, a Km. 15 dall'Autodromo di Vallelunga , ed a Km. 10 dal lago di Bracciano. A Km. 1 si trova un centro commerciale, ed a Km. 1,5 si trova la stazione dei treni che portano in centro di Roma e al Vaticano.
