Villa Flem is located in the quiet countryside of Specchia, a city renowned and recognized in 2013 as the "Jewel of Italy" as well as the most beautiful village in Italy. The villa is spread over two floors and has three bathrooms, one of which is external, five bedrooms and a kitchen. From the furnished patio, going up a staircase, you reach the entrance where there is a large open space which houses the dining room, the newly designed kitchen, the living area furnished with sofas, the bathroom with shower and the first bedroom matrimonial. The lower floor houses the remaining four bedrooms, two of which with a double bed and two with a French bed served by a bathroom complete with all services. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and television. To enrich everything there is a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of the house, which is surrounded by a lush green garden with numerous relaxation areas equipped with deckchairs, sofas and table with chairs. The villa has an additional bathroom outside and a private barbecue that will cheer up summer evenings. Villa Flem has private internal parking.
