The villa Gioconda, which is situated in Varenna, overlooks the nearby lake. The 200 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. Via a ladder you have direct access to the lake for an undisturbed dip and swim. You can relax on the deck chairs looking at the palm garden. There is a lovely veranda with a dining table as well as a room for romantic candlelight dinners. Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There is also the possibility of mooring a boat. Given its location, the house can be a dangerous place for children and is therefore not suitable for children under 12 years old. Smoking is allowed (inside the building) Maximum number of Pets: 2.
