Villa Grazia is located in the municipality of Montescudaio, just 600 m away from the town centre. It’s located on a large fenced plot with private parking, surrounded by beautiful olive groves. The detached and well-kept house has 90 square meters of living space. A covered terrace with outdoor furniture leads to the living area located on the ground floor, which has been comfortably divided into a dining / living area with fireplace, sofa and dining table.
