VILLA GREEN EDEN 15063080EXT1138 is a wonderful and welcoming villa consisting of 3 bedrooms 2 modern bathrooms and a bright living room with equipped kitchen. All surrounded by manicured lawns, Mediterranean flowers, lemon groves, organic gardens and of course the swimming pool overlooking the sea! Mental wellness is a concept that has been spreading more and more in recent years and includes 2 fundamental aspects: living moments of harmony in the family and doing it in locations that give an experience of well-being, immersed in the nature and beauty of the surrounding landscapes. The outdoor spaces surrounding the structure are set up with tables, comfortable sofas and deck chairs To better enjoy the outdoors and all the materials are eco-friendly and of quality. The interiors also feature a choice of woods and furnishings that reflect the philosophy of the House. Obviously there is no shortage of comforts: wifi, air conditioning and modern equipment.

The access to the property is through a very narrow road. There is a parking spot for small sized cars (like: Fiat Panda, Fiat 500, Toyota Aygo) just outside the house. Please consider renting one of these cars in order to arrive close to the house and park in our private spot; medium/big sized cars can be parked in a toll parking, and from there a shuttle car to the house (9 - 11am/3 - 11pm, during the summer 4 - 12pm). Anyway we definitely suggest to contact us to arrange a transfer at arrival and we will welcome you and help with baggages and more. Once you are here you have the possibility to rent a scooter directly from the house. There is AC in each bedroom. Free delivery groceries directly to the property.
