Villa Hermosa is located on the first floor of an independent villa, a few meters from Alghero airport, in one of the main roads leading to the most beautiful beaches of Alghero and about 40 minutes from La Pelosa di Stintino. The apartment has a large living room with kitchenette, two air conditioners (one in the large bedroom and one in the living room), 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living terrace. Parking is private inside the land where the villa is located. It is also close to some very important historical sites such as Nuraghe Palmavera and the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruju and a few minutes from one of the best farmhouses in Italy or Sa Mandra. One of the main rules of the house is to not leave garbage inside the apartment. During the stay, separate collection must be carried out and on the day of check out, the waste must be thrown in the appropriate bins located in the airport area (leaving the first street on the right from the apartment and take the first airport entrance on the left), or in the nearby village which can be reached by leaving the apartment on the right the first street on the right.
