Located directly on the beach, the recently renovated property offers free parking, a reserved beach and a large terrace with sea views to enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in tranquility. The villa also has three bedrooms, a seating area, a complete eat-in kitchen, a balcony, a garden, two heated outdoor showers, a barbecue and a flat-screen TV. Please note the next "Chili Pepper Festival" in September 2019.

VILLA DIAMANTE is a delightful two-storey villa located in a private village along the road that crosses the coast of the Cosentino Coast. The uniqueness of the accommodation is represented by the position, in fact, built directly on the beach, it contains in itself the features that characterize the taste for the perfect holiday. The particularity of the structure is certainly the terrace with garden on the ground floor that overlooks the beach, where you can eat and at the same time enjoy a charming sea view. For the most demanding, some cots are available to relax. Furthermore, also on the second floor there is a large terrace with sea view. Private parking in the property. The pearl of this holiday home is the beautiful opening onto the sea and direct access to reach the beach from the villa. Every day, it offers breathtaking natural spectacles: sunsets on the crystalline waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
