We offer our customers a charming and friendly atmosphere typical structure of the "land of the sun". It's the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable place.
The Villa consists of 5 apartments, garden, parking, restaurant and manor house. Antica residence in the '600 Serracapriole Duke, now given new life and new style.
It surrounded by a lush garden, composed mainly of lemon and olive trees as well as oranges, loquats, cacti, and fragrant flowers including Magnolias, roses, gardenias, peony, violets, lavender, etc.
And under the pergolas you can find a place for their car.
The wonderful garden enjoys some wonderful views and is prepared with chairs, tables, barbecue and sun beds to offer the maximum comfort at all times of the day.
An oasis of peace and tranquility that will make you almost hesitate not to leave the villa.

The apartments are located about 3 km from the centre of Sorrento. Quiet suburban area but at the same time you have very close the bus stop (just 20 mt), every 20 minutes there is a bus to the centre, from 6.20 am till 10 pm. There are the vending machines, the post office, restaurants, a bar, a minimarket and discos.
You can reach on foot (in 10 minutes) The baths of Queen Giovanna, a rocky beach, free but where there is also a bathhouse, recommended comfortable shoes to get there. It is one of the loveliest beaches on the Sorrento peninsula, a piece of heaven, can be reached only on foot, but it is not recommended for children. In this place you can visit the ruins of a majestic Roman villa of the first century B.C. Also there is a valley that creates a natural pool connected by a rock arch to the open sea. It is a scenic place, where you can get great photos and is a place with a rich Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful with its colors and scents, ideal also only for an excursion.
And less than 2 km away is the picturesque Puolo beach with its facilities. ideal solution for all needs, from families with children, seniors and young people.
