EXTERIORS: Villa le Rocce, is a splendid villa in the heart of Porto Rotondo, one of the most important tourist centers of Sardinia. Being in an elevated position, from the house you have a wonderful view of the port and the surrounding area, where the protagonist is the green declined in its infinite shades. The Villa is spread over 4 floors, from the upper floors and especially from the Torretta floor you can admire in addition to the breathtaking view of the sea also a lush garden that embellishes the property.

INTERIORS: Entering from the ground floor, we have a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower and closet, with direct access to the Patio, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub. Through the external staircase, or the internal one, you access the first floor where we find the living area with the fully equipped kitchen and the living room that has access to the terraces equipped with tables and chairs, overlooking the garden and sea view. Adjacent to the kitchen we have another double bedroom with an independent entrance from the Terrace, an en suite bathroom with shower. Going up a floor we find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and balcony from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Port! Finally, in the basement we have a room with 2 single beds with direct and independent access to a small terrace and a bathroom with an adjacent shower. In front of the room there is a laundry area with a large pantry. The Villa has the characteristic of having every singlke room with private bathroom and independent entrance which gives great autonomy to all the guests.
