Equipped with satellite Wi-Fi, air conditioning, LED TV, and a surveillance system, the villa offers tranquility and comfort just a short distance from the Salento sea, making it the ideal choice for a holiday in Puglia. It can accommodate up to 17 guests (12 + 5 beds) in a setting that blends modernity and tradition. The entrance leads through a spacious courtyard that separates the two Guest Houses, Mistral and Garbino, both featuring a living room with a TV corner, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, and a spacious veranda. - Mistral Guest House: one double bedroom, one double bedroom with an extra bed, and a quadruple room, all with en-suite bathrooms. - Garbino Guest House: three spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area.
