The Li Conchi 35 vacation home consists of two separate parts, a day area and a night area, which are connected by a large, partially covered patio. Equipped with a large dining table and comfortable sun loungers, the patio forms the heart of the villa - a fascinating, open space with a wonderful far-reaching view of the sea - which is at the same time protected by the ingenious arrangement so that you can enjoy the magic of the different times of day with your family in complete privacy. A large, light-flooded living room with sofa area, dining table and adjoining kitchen serves as the daytime area of Li Conchi 35. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up the view to the coast. The modern furnishings are dominated by bright colors and natural materials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge. The sleeping area of Li Conchi 35 has three bedrooms for a total of seven people. There are two bedrooms and two modern shower bathrooms in the main wing, one of which is directly connected to a bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional single bed. There is also a third bathroom and double bedroom in the basement, which can be reached via an internal staircase from the terrace. The air conditioning units, which are available in all bedrooms and in the living room, ensure that the temperature in the vacation home is always just right - even in the low season, when the units can be used as heating. The beautiful granite houses on the Li Conchi complex combine typical local architecture with a touch of family-friendly luxury. Li Conchi 35 is also just a few steps away from the gently curving, spacious communal pool WIFI free of charge (max. 3 devices, unstable connection) Important notice: A tourist tax is payable in cash on site. Villasimius is a charming mix of picturesque beaches, hip nightlife and old culture: the former fishing village on the southeastern tip of Sardinia enchants with its bays, lively clubs and restaurants and the typical Sardinian way of life. The original, Mediterranean character of Villasimius unfolds in the piazza in the center of the village - and this inspired Ernst Jünger to write his book "Am Sarazenenturm" here in the 1960s. The old 17th century Fortezza Vecchia fortress proudly rises above the harbor, where you can now admire art exhibitions. A string of pearls of breathtaking beaches and secluded bays make this stretch of coast one of the most beautiful in Sardinia for bathing fans. If you like shopping, the many well-kept little shops are in the right place. When the sun sets over Villasimius, the night owls become active: in many restaurants, bars and clubs, the Sardinian night often only ends at dawn, when the sun gently rises over the sea again. Especially in July and August you will find a small paradise with a lively nightlife here. Numerous hotels, restaurants, pizzerias and shops for sophisticated shopping round off the leisure offerings.
