Renovated and newly furnished house located in a splendid residence with residential swimming pool (open in summer), playground and multipurpose sports field (five-a-side football, tennis and volleyball). Quiet house just 1.8 km from the sea by car. A path connects the residence to Via Brunenghi, the main street that divides Finalmarina from Finalborgo, a 15-minute walk away you can be at the sea but also in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Private garage for cars and bikes.
I am a very hospitable and kind guy, I try to give my guests a relaxing experience without them worrying about something.
Accommodation accessible by car, bicycle or on foot. It is only 15 minutes walk from the sea, and another 15 minutes walk from Finalborgo.
