The house has an area of 120 square meters + 60 square meters of verandas, has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath, washing machine, American kitchen, a large room and a room for suitcases and equipment. beach. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster and oven. In the living area there is a large corner sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV. Our prices are including bed and bath linen. The house also has a large barbecue, with table and chairs for your summer barbecues in the moonlight. Parking for cars is not lacking, and children can play serene in the large lawn of about 3000 square meters, surrounding the house. A part of the lawn is dedicated to relaxation with an umbrella and deck chairs. There are also two outdoor shower. My vacation home offers a relaxing and pleasant stay for our guests. it has a veranda of 60 square meters where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the sea of La Caletta. Beach umbrellas and plays for childrens are free, baby cot, high chair, beds for beach and beach towels are available with an extra price.
I'm a chef and my hobbies are gardening and akiing.
The house is immersed in the green of a hill not far from the sea. You will be lulled by the song of crickets and cicadas.
