Next to it there is also a functional area equipped with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. The outbuilding also has its own porch furnished with sofas, also overlooking the pool. In the garden area next to the outbuilding, children can play five-a-side football or volleyball and have fun together in the open air. There is also a ping-pong table, a table football and 2 mountain bikes for entertainment for all ages. This is a great place to spend some carefree moments with family or friends. The property is fully fenced and has a private parking area with 2 charging stations for electric vehicles. An automatic gate provides access to the villa.
